R U OK?

Law In Order joined in unity to support R U OK? day, raise awareness for suicide prevention and to start a conversation.

R U OK? is a not-for-profit organisation founded by Gavin Larkin in 2009, whose vision is a world where we’re all connected and are protected from suicide. Accordingly, our mission is to encourage and equip everyone to regularly and meaningfully ask “are you ok?”

It’s so important to have these types of conversations with not only your loved ones, but individuals that you work with too. It can sometimes get tough in corporate environments to wear an empathic hat, but it is necessary to ensure employees are ok.

At the Law In Order office’s around Australia this week, we proudly raised funds and had a glorious afternoon tea, along with raising awareness and promoting the need to have these types of conversations with eachother.
