Our Melbourne Office is Moving!

We would like advise clients our Melbourne office has moved effective 1 June to new premises and reassure you that we are still operating as usual during the closures of non-essential services in Victoria.

We have been so busy helping you achieve winning outcomes that we outgrew our old office space.

We are moving to: Level 14, 607 Bourke Street, Melbourne Vic 3000 as of 1 June 2021.

Please note our phone and fax remain the same.

Business As Usual
We have put in place some measures to ensure that we are able to continue to support you with our full range of services. We see very little disruption in our eDiscovery and eHearings service lines as these can be provided by our experienced professionals working remotely.

Document Production Services
Our Melbourne Production floor is fully operational and still providing uninterrupted Printing, Copying, Scanning, Court Copying, and Appeal and Court Book services. We are taking measures to ensure that we keep delivering services to our clients 24/7 while our people stay safe.

Deliveries
For deliveries, we will discuss the best place for delivery for minimal risk to both organisations and can arrange couriers to clients’ homes if required.

Supporting Clients Working From Home
If you’re working from home and need documents fast, we can pick up and deliver right to your door. Use our online Job Management System to log and track your jobs online – anytime, anywhere. Use our File Transfer Protocol to share electronic data securely with us.

Ongoing Communication
We will continue to monitor the situation and will ensure that we are responding promptly and accurately to all stakeholders. If the lockdown is extended, we will provide further updates.
