The Challenge
Our client was tasked to meet a regulator request for information within a 10 day period. The initial data size was not known, nor was the content or discovery scope. Ultimately we received 400GB of email and free files from the file server.
The Solution
We ran the raw data into Venio and within 24 hours the lawyers were able to look at the first 100 GB batch of information first thing in the morning.
We then sat down with the partner and the senior associates of the matter and were able to refine Keywords/Date Range/Custodians elements of the data very very quickly – ultimately there were 150 custodians and 450 individual items.
The Outcome
Project was delivered within the time frame.
