Role Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or Any CRM implementations, testing & support.
• Knowledge of ERP would be preferable.
• Salesforce.com Administrator Certification (ADM201 or higher) would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of Zoho Marketing Plus would be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, Information
Management Systems or related field or equivalent experience.

Role Description

The Business System Administrator is responsible in supporting the business in the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, management and maintenance of Law In Order’s instance of CRM, ERP application, and its related infrastructure.
You will be required to support end-users in their use of the system, maintain system specific reporting, and assist the Senior Business Systems Administrator / Business System Manager in other functions as required (both on a daily and regular basis). You will also be required to maintain a close working relationship with the Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Accounts & Finance teams at Law In Order – the primary users of the CRM & ERP platform.
You will also support Law In Order initiatives where there is a touchpoint with this system (e.g. broader system architecture, data governance, system integration work) as a subject matter expert for CRM & ERP, coupled with support where required (e.g. testing, scoping).You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders in maintaining the system and performing all assigned tasks in an appropriate timeframe, ultimately supporting the delivery of a stable and robust environment for the business to operate.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of the CRM(Salesforce) & ERP (Pronto) software basic functions such as account maintenance, customizing and implementing profiles & roles, sandbox management, security settings, sharing rules, validation rules applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Assist with creating and maintaining reports and data synchronization between CRM(Salesforce) and internal applications (e.g., Zoho, Word Press (Gravity Form), Shuttle for Pronto ERP).
• Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to CRM & ERP application administration and evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information to the business.
• Work with key personnel from Sales, Sales Enablement and Marketing to address business requirements, developing a keen understanding of business impacts, risks and the resultant impact on the CRM platform.
• Resolving user-initiated queries or incidents and providing assistance.
• Maintenance and preparation of appropriate documentation supporting the configurations, setups, policies & procedures governing the system.
• Preparation of business requirements, technical requirement and end-user documentation covering customizations (e.g. scripts, screens, fields, objects, reports and workflows).
• Support the implantation of, and upholding of policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardized end user processes are in place for related application.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM & ERP functionality, customization, and integrations.
