Law In Order is pleased to announce the appointment of Mandy Mellis as Global Head of People and Culture.

Mandy has nearly 30 years experience in Human Resources and is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that lead to great employee experiences across our global offices.

Prior to joining Law In Order, Mandy led small to medium sized international HR teams managing Talent Acquisition and Management, HR Systems, Organisational Development including Learning & Development and Change Management. She was responsible for setting and implementing strategy on HR best practices across the employee lifecycle, taking into account cultural sensitivities that also support the business outcomes and drivers. She was also part of a team that set up operations in China and Malaysia.
