Role Description
The purpose of the Data Processing Team Manager role is to provide and ensure quality output from the LPO Team. This includes ensuring that all client deadlines are met and managed in an efficient and accurate manner. The Data Processing Team Manager will be responsible for the allocation of teams and team members to specific projects during his or her shift as per the guidelines provided by the LPO Manager.
The Data Processing Team Manager is expected to be fully committed to their job responsibilities during working hours. The Data Processing Team Manager should focus on ensuring all client deadlines are met and the quality of the service is of a high standard. The Data Processing Team Manager is expected to keep the LPO Manager up to date with regards to significant developments and issues in the team.
The Data Processing Team Manager is expected to be proactive, think ahead and anticipate problems before they occur and consider contingencies.
As with all employees of LIO, they must demonstrate respect towards their colleagues, supervisors and managers and are also expected to follow the LIO Code of Conduct.
All staff must also follow LIO’s company procedures and standards which are related to punctuality, grooming and OHS.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure a satisfactory client experience which includes delivery of the LPO jobs which meet the LIO quality standards, meeting deadlines and keeping clients up to date regarding job progress and status.
- Communicate with internal clients in a timely, courteous, and effective manner.
- Ensure appropriate allocation of tasks across the Hyderabad team and work closely with the LPO team in Sydney to ensure deadlines are met.
- Convey and ensure that client instructions are carried out.
- Ensure that all client protocols, doctypes and coding control sheets are saved in the relevant CCT folder and easily accessible by all coders.
- Ensure appropriate use of LIO software such as the Coding QA tool, Hotkeys etc.
- Ensure all Quality Assurance and back-end processes are completed as per LIO guidelines.
- Self-development to stay informed of any changes in procedures, communicating changes to the team and making sure that the team members are adequately trained in LIO processes and procedures.
- Assist with Training and Development of the LPO team as required, report any issues to the LPO Manager, and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in the development of improvements in relation to relevant procedures, processes and applications.
- Make sure that the LPO team assists other teams in LIO when LPO is quiet.
