The Victorian Supreme Court announced on 28 January that their default position is for virtual hearings, with the exception of criminal jury trials. This is due to the high number of COVID-19 infections in the community and the high transmissibility of the Omicron variant.

Law In Order have led the way in virtual hearings, conducting our first virtual hearing well before the pandemic began and can offer everything you need to run a smooth and efficient eHearing, eArbitration or eMediation by utilising technology that is simple to use and highly effective at presenting evidence.

Our eHearings team utilise the very latest technology to ensure accuracy and speed without compromising on quality or security, or draining your resources.
