Are you experiencing reduced access to regular office resources or a decline in staffing numbers?

Law In Order remains open 24/7, 365 days a year to assist you not only with our traditional document production services and plan printing but also paralegal services including redactionobjective codingindexing and hyperlinkingrenaming and data entry.

Our sophisticated Legal Processing Outsourcing (LPO) team utilise the latest document processing tools to manage electronic paralegal tasks so your team can focus on more complex legal matters.

We provide redaction services for personal, privileged or confidential information held in scanned documents. We can add hyperlinks and create an index, rename documents or use Objective Coding for compliance with electronic discovery protocols and notices to produce. We can also provide data entry services for short term or on-going projects.

eDiscovery services can be used cost effectively. We can calculate how many ring binders an electronic file will produce when printed. We can perform deduplication or keyword searches to bring down the page count or prioritise printing. It’s also useful for ordering the documents chronologically. List creation is also easy for briefs and disclosure, using the documents’ metadata. Another useful tool is email threading and document grouping, which reduces the document set and helps order the documents.

We also offer complimentary delivery to the CBD and can offer delivery alternatives such as couriers for completed jobs to accommodate working from home arrangements.

There has also been very keen interest in our Virtual Proceedings technology, particularly in the context of physical courts and tribunals going through unpredictable lockdowns. The technology  allows matters to not be postponed. Standard video conferencing does not allow for evidence presentation and virtual breakout rooms. Our virtual proceeding can simulate all the necessary components in an arbitration or a courtroom and can be accessed from any device, anywhere in the world.
